By accessing this preferred pricing, you acknowledge and agree that the administrator may have access to and use your prescription drug data only for the administration of this program. Some of the rebates paid by manufacturers on the purchase of certain preferred drugs under the program will be retained by the administrator. This makes it possible to provide you with preferred pricing. The administrator reserves the right to discontinue the program in the future.
